Utilizing the flexibility and robustness of LegalServer™, states like Florida, Washington and Illinois have seamlessly integrated their legal service delivery system by incorporating valuable tools to facilitate a wide variety of functions, including: electronic case transfer between agencies, aggregate (statewide) reporting to funders and geographic representation of case and outcome data. Additionally, agencies are incorporating statewide resources such a unified documents, document assembly templates and self-help materials directly into LegalServer™. By taking this "system-wide" approach, funders are leveraging their limited resources to close the collective gap in services by focusing on objectives that are best achieved within an integrated community.

Funding Agencies

LegalServer™ is not just for legal service providers anymore! LegalServer™ is now being utilized by funders such as IOLTA agencies and bar foundations to manage their funds as well as the communities they support. IOLTA programs use LegalServer™ to connect to the banks which pay interest on legal trust accounts while bar foundations use the system to solicit and accept donations. By using LegalServer™ to manage grants and information about grantees, funders are embracing the same technology used to integrate the agencies they fund.
